Happy Earth Day Friends!
May you find time to be outside today, pick up trash that you may find on the street and find beauty in the spring that is coming.
As we progress from spring teases to a genuine spring/early summer. The Earth is reminding us to plant the seeds that we want to see this year. The ground has thawed, so your thoughts are ready to have input again to see what you'd like to see in this year.
What seeds should you think about planting?
Think about your psychical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, financial, occupational and social wellness.
Physical
Nutrition: what are you putting in and on your body
Activity: how are you moving your body throughout the day
Rest: how are you taking time to rest
Emotional
Coping: how are you coping with the stress around you
Reactions: how are you reacting to things that you cannot control
Emotions: are you listening to you and your emotions, as much as you are with others
Resilience: how are you overcoming challenges that you are facing
Spiritual
Harmony & Balance: how are you finding balance and harmony within your inner spiritual being
Self-Awareness: how present are you and self-aware of who you are and what you are doing
Faith & Hope: are you putting faith into things that you truly believe in and hope for things that will truly bring you closer to your highest self
Sense of Purpose: how aligned are your to your sense of purpose
Intellectual
Reading: what are you reading, is it things outside of social media content?
Exploring: are you putting yourself in new experiences that you can explore not only the world, but new experiences that can help you
Education: what are you learning on a daily basis, how are you pushing yourself to grow
Research: what are you looking into and trying to find more information on
Environmental
Cleanliness: is your space around you clean and not so much clutter, both in your environment and in your home or office
Respect of nature: are you respecting nature around you, this may include what you eat, how you travel and what you spend your time doing.
Positive Community: your community is around you and how we start to heal, it takes community to build everything strong around us.
Financial
Budgeting: how are you budgeting to ensure that you can have all these amazing experiences that this year has to offer you
Savings: how is your savings impacting you this year, what are you hoping to bring from saving
Stable Income: what are you doing to ensure you are breathing wealth in, money comes and goes always- be sure the continue to breathe in money
Occupational
Passion: are you aligned with your passion at work, is your passion what gets you out of bed in the morning
Goals: are your goals aligned with who you hope to be and how you are contributing to your community
Healthy Workplace: are you bringing in good energy and alignment to your work in the workplace
Meaningful Work: are you making an impact in the ways that you'd like to make an impact with your career
Social
Trusting Relationships: do you have people in your life who love you unconditionally and who you trust with your whole being
Uplifting Relationships: do you have people in your life who help bring you up when you are down, or who can remind you who you are
Strong Support System: how strong is your support system
Do you have people who fall into each of these categories, you need multiple people in each, and not one person should need to have a seat at all of those tables.
Take care of yourself. you only have one life, live it each day and do not let it pass you by. Be where your feet are, enjoy the little things and slow down.
