With help from my roommates generous mind- here is a guide to your vision board in 2026. Steps:
Find your why- through answering these questions curated by her, I was able to help understand myself a bit better.
What do you enjoy doing at work?
I really enjoy writing and journaling. I really enjoy drawing and creating art and designing. I feel my best when I can be creative and enjoy my work.
What has made you proud?
I felt proud when designing things for COA, HTA, and stickers, apparel and custom things for friends. When I get some creative freedom to bring ideas to life and seeing how excited people are when I am done designing, it is beautiful.
Where do you excel?
I think this is currently my biggest struggle- feeling like an imposter, I am not sure where I excel the most. I think with where I am at in my life, excelling in my career isn't really what motivates me. Co-Star tells me that with Jupiter in Pisces, being in my fourth house... means that I find success through home and family. I think that is very true to me. I love to help others, find comfort in cooking and sharing food with my family (chosen most of the time).
What do you dislike doing at work?
Poor Management, emails, and busy meetings where it could have been a quick pop by moment. I really have always believed that the corporate life was not for me, outside of wanting to be a vet, growing up it was much more focused on others and myself. Singer, actress, and now author baby!
What challenges would you love to tackle?
I would love to help HTA get a bit larger of a presence on Instagram and I hope with the more ideas I have coming their way the more they are willing to connect with the social media world. This company has been an absolute blessing to me and I want to be able to grow them even further.
How important is work-life balance?
The most important – f*ck a 9-5. I work best when I have flexibility and not time constrictions. I think as a creative it is hard for me to be put in the box of the time constraints. This is also meaning daily hours, timelines and deadlines I can handle and get everything done on time; however, if you schedule with me other than a meeting to connect - I will struggle to fit into the 9-5 role.
What are your life values?
Last time I took a test they were: Ecology/ Environment, creativity, health, honesty and safety. Ecology and environment- to me is so important. I grew up running around in nature. If nature hadn't of been there for me, I honestly wouldn't be the person I am today. I still go back to nature when I am struggling and need time to think. Creativity- it is so important, it keeps me loose, I love art too. Health- This past two years have been a wild ride and I am finally on the side of health. I am so excited to continue on this trend and will be able to have my liver fully ready for life again. Honesty & Safety- these really go hand in hand for me. I need honesty for safety. With my old PTSD and healing OCD- those are two things that I am unwilling to compromise.
What personal responsibilities do you have?
I have Bo, a couple of people are asking me to help them with their pets, and my own health. I am in such a great spot right now with digestive, mental, physical health and all the above! Very grateful!
What is your dream career?
My dream career is to write a book and keep a travel blog and daily blog. I am reaching my dream and once I accomplish this one I am excited to see where I grow from here.
What are you most proud of accomplishing in the past year?
This past year- I am most proud of accomplishing my freedom and coming back to myself. That has truly been the best part. My biggest accomplishment is finally truly being proud of myself.
What were some of my biggest challenges over the past year?
This past year- my biggest challenge was living for other people, not living for myself and doing exactly what I want to do with my life. Travel and experience the lovely earth that we were given.
What are some things I didn’t accomplish that I wanted to?
I did not get to accomplish being completely out of food prison and having my liver and gall bladder heal. I know my body is on the right track and I can feel her thrive.
How do I want next year to be different?
I want this next year to be filled with confidence, femininity and peace.
What are some things I want to do more of in the coming year?
I want to travel more in this year, I want to be more engulfed in the environment, and find myself being grounded in myself, I also want to make more money so I can travel!
What are some things I want to do less of?
I want to do less of fear, less of anger, and less frustration.
When I feel jealous of those around me, what am I jealous of?
I am jealous that they are feminine, sweet, and beautiful. That is something that I have struggled with my whole life. My mom was more masculine and did not really wear feminine clothing, or wear make up, anything that you see a typical "feminine" to appear as. This is something that has caused me a lot of jealously. I have been trying to have moments like that for me where I am and can be but other times I am rocking my tomboy outfits. Get you a girl who can do both huh?
When I feel most anxious, what causes that anxiety? What can I do to change it?
Fear of the future and living with regret. I am currently feeling less anxious because I feel solely in charge of my future not worried about someone else.
Which moments in the past year made me the happiest?
Spending time with new people and being more connected to myself. JK has really helped me feel aligned with myself- this home is so welcoming and allows me to be myself.
How can I use my strengths to serve those around me?
I can use my strengths to serve my community through volunteering and taking time to make a difference with each person I made.
For me, I wrote these answers honestly and truly what I think holds me back versus where I can see myself grow. Not thinking about anyone else because selfishly- I do not want to worry about anyone else in my future. I need to worry about my dog and me, but honestly that is all I want and need right now. Simplicity and peace.
Finding out your why- gives you the light in the fog like I had when I needed it most. It allows you to see yourself for your purpose, your reason to be here and give you a path to how to get there.
"The key is to imagine your dream life and then ask yourself, “why do I want this?” Avoid unexpected issues by starting from your heart instead of your ego."
2. Make a Vision Statement/Professional Vision
In this section, she talks about putting the vision into words so you can see where you are going.
Vision statements:
• I envision a life where I am peaceful, confident and connected.
• Through embracing my inner connection and femininity, I will write twice weekly to create a life that I can travel and evolve continuously.
• I am committed to the environment and health and will cultivate persistence and resilience to support my journey toward being an author and blogger.
Here we have statements that help us put into words a bit more of what we want to be, how we will feel, and what activities will get us to be where we want to be.
Collect Images and Quotes
Images, quotes, affirmations, and other items for your board that resonate with your reflections, vision, and career aspirations.
Incorporate serious or humorous elements, movie quotes, lyrics, or anything that holds meaning for you.
"Things to Keep in Mind:
• Clear Vision: A good vision board is all about clarity. Choose images and quotes that all ladder up to the same grand vision or dream. This will help you stay focused and clear on what you really want.
• Balance: Although everything should connect back to your main vision, make sure you’re covering all aspects of your life. You’re a multidimensional person and your board should reflect that.
• Emotional Intensity: It’s important that your board gives you allllll the feels and makes you feel powerful. In order to do this, make sure you’re only choosing images and quotes that speak to you deep down. Take you time curating the perfect things to represent your vision."

5. Create the Vision Board!
Combine everything you've collected! You can create a neat collage or a more eclectic mix. It could focus on manifestation, be goal-driven, motivational, minimalistic, or any other style of board you imagine. Or even a combination!
Here are some of mine of the past!
