Day in my dream self

If I can shamelessly talk about my dream self here is what my day would look like.


Wake up at 5:30, meditate and yoga


Go on a run or walk or lift


Have breakfast, warm drink and prep for the day


Work


Walk for lunch and eat something healthy and yummy


Spend time with family or friends


Waking up in the morning feels so peaceful and inviting to start the day. I have all the time in the world to do exactly what I want to do. I go to my yoga mat, turn on my salt lamps, get to stretching and aligning with my physical body. Once I am aligned- I get into my intention for the day. Meditate and get my mind ready. Then I get going on some more physical exercise. Running, lifting or walking. Once I start with my physical activity, I can feel my body gaining strength and continuing to build on my health. I hop in a sauna for 15 minutes to help my heart, and skin.


Once I am done getting ready for my day, dry brushing, moisturizing and everything that I need to do for my physical body.


I get to making my hot beverages and breakfast. Fiber heavy, protein and lots of yummy flavors.


I get ready to start my day with making a list of things to do and preparing myself to get ready to work.


My job is including of writing, I am writing and traveling. I am helping other companies with their projects alongside working for myself. I am an author of a novel. I am happy with the work that I am doing and I have not been more excited to do what I do and I am so thankful for everything in my life.


After eating lunch, I take a walk to help my body digest and process.


I get back to finish up work, meeting with people and continue my successful work day.


After work- I spend time with family, friends, loved ones and/or myself. I continue to do everything that makes me happy. Yoga, Dance, Singing, Eating Healthy, Spending time with people who make me happy, writing, designing, drawing and so much more.


I know I want to be sustainable and focus more on activities than having physical things. I am making my way to being my best most authentic self.


I do not want to get too specific in my day because I do not want to control anything. I am still letting go and enjoying the experience that I will become the true version of myself. My happiest self, and she is coming soon. I cannot wait for you all to meet her.
